Clarification regarding question "Are you currently living in canada"

I just got confused for the question number 11 in form IMM5540E.

Quation is

Are you currently living in Canada, i answered yes
and then it says "Since when" ?

So now I enter my recent entry date, or the date i first came to canada ?

pls help !
