Clarification on SINP

There's a question in SINP Profile, that Have you previously submitted any application to Province. What should I respond, as I had applied on 12th Oct, but my application was returned due to lack of documents being uploaded while submission.

Please advise, whether I should mention yes or no?

unfortunately i didn't uploaded all documents but my application was submitted

can i submit to email immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca.

send the left documents in that email address and mention your
application number in the subject.cheers

Ideally, you should have uploaded all docs, as the window for OID is still open. I don't want to be a killjoy but my application was returned even though I had emailed them the documents.

So I suggest send them a mailer with all the documents on a daily basis.
