Please can someone clarify how to get selected for Alberta PNP from Express entry pls?

Someone said i have to select Aberta in the list of provinces when filling my EE profile, pls is that true?

No. Just select all provinces and it is then just down to luck to get an NOI from Alberta though not impossible. Also, they have put a HOLD on processing candidates outside Canada.
