First Landing: 09/Aug/2018
Study permit expiry: 30/Jul/2019
Study permit extension expiry: 30/Sep/2019

Work permit application date: 07/Jul/2019
Work permit issue date: 28/Oct/2019

What is the date i need to put for "Date you received the status - for temporary worker". Is it the application date (07/Jul/2019 )or Work permit Physical copy issue date, Many thank for your help.

Date received status is the approved date provided in the document
