My siblings got pr recently and she is living here from last 3 year. She donot get pr card yet. So can I claim 15 point or i hv to wait for her pr card.
A copy of her PR card must be provided if you get an ITA. Is this to submit a profile or have you received and invitation to apply as you have 470 CRS points? If just submitting a profile, the application will specify if you need the document now.
