claiming points under two or more degree option for express entry

so the situation is that I already have my bachelors from india (3yrs in business admin) and post graduate diploma in business admin from canada(2years)

1st doubt - which option do i have to choose while claiming points, this option(bachelors two or more degree) or any other

2nd doubt- ....do i also need to have ECA of indian bachelors degree to claim more points in this category of two or more degrees or they just consider the highest degree thats my pdd from canada.

1. Choose two or more certificates and answer 'Yes' to the question, Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?
then select 'One or Two year diploma or certificate from 'Choose the best answer to describe this level of education'
2. You do need ECA to get points for your 3 year program from India as CIC will ask your ECA certificate number.
