Hi,

I am in a situation where I have just completed one year in ICT visa and I have one more year of ICT visa left, But my employer decided to move me out of Canada. I have an offer letter by my employer stating that "Will be employed in Canada for at least one year after issuing PR". Can I claim 50 points for the offer letter even though I am not in Canada but working for the same employer in another country?

Others can comment given I am not sure but the fact the requirement is that the job needs to be in Canada but you are no longer in Canada seems to imply you cannot claim. Working for a Canadian company outside of the country is not really relevant to be able to claim as a valid Canadian job offer based in Canada post PR.

Above is my view only and can be corrected.

I would get a consult with an immigration lawyer.

It's possible IRCC may have no issues with this. However I could also see IRCC saying this is misrepresentation since you're no longer working in Canada. You don't want to end up with a ban. Get legal advice on this one.

Sure. I am thinking to consult a lawyer. Thanks for your advice.
