Hello everyone
Need to ask something

1. I have completed my 1 yr PG program in HR and Currently I am on a work permit in Canada. 2. I was working as a Lawyer in India for 3 years but i did not show my experience as a lawyer in my study permit application. I have all the proves to verify my employment as a lawyer .
3. But instead i showed my employemnt as a HR assistant which i used to do as well. The problem is i used to get paid in cash for the same and i have the itr as well.

My question is that can I show my work experience as a lawyer now or not and can I show my hr experience in personal history column.
I only showed hr experience because I applied for a HR program after my law degree and provided experience for the same . As my agent did not tell me that I have an option to show both of my experiences. So my question is can I claim points for my experience as a lawyer or not?

Thanks
waiting for the response from all the experts.

I think you should list all your work experience in personal history. If you have experience that match desciption of NOC 4112 Lawyers and Quebec notaries and you have a letter of employment to prove it, you can claim your foreign experience.
