But guys make sure to have all the necessary documents and your employer informed about the situation because i was selected randomly for employment verification for closed work permit. They will ask for the latest pay stubs and bank statements to see the salary is deposited to your account.

Thanks for the advice, did your employer give you letter stating that you will be employed one year after pr in the offer letter?

My employer gave me a letter saying that the position was permanent so there is no need of mentioning any time i guess.

hey
Do you guys know that how I will prove to CIC that I have closed work permit and claimed 50 points for that. Because in supporting document list, it does not ask for work permit.

They can check such information with your UCI number.

What do you mean by losing your contract? Are you still working for that company? Are they willing to provide a job offer stating you'll be hired for "a year after receiving PR"?

I mean my job contract with client will end by 31st March. As I am ICT in Canada I am working in client place through Organization. I think my organization will not provide any such letter.
My question is since I am eligible for CEC can I apply for PR inside Canada and stay in Canada once I submit my application?

Have you received an ITA?
Are you claiming points for a valid job offer (50 points)?.

I have not yet received ITA. I will get ITA in next draw. I got letter from my Organization stating all details of my employment in Canada.
Yes, I would like to get 50 points.
