Claim score for both foreign work experience and Canadian experience in different NOC in EE

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you for your time reading and answering my concerns.

Here is my background,

Foreign work experience - under NOC 1121 - Human Resource Professionals (Type A)
- June 2011 - March 2012 ( 10 months) at company A
- Gap two months ( April and May 2012)
- June 2012 - June 2013 (1 year) at company B
- Gap 1 month ( July 2013)
- Aug 2013 - April 2015 ( 1 year 9 months) at company C

Canadian work experience - under NOC 6322 - Cook (Type B)
- Jan 2018 - Feb 2019 ( 1 year)

Credentials:
- Graduated a diploma of culinary art management in Canada ( 2 years program)
- Got a bachelor of human resource management ( 3 years program)

My concerns are:
1/ Can I claim score for 3 years of foreign experience and 1 one year Canadian work experience for two different NOC and type?
2/ Can I claim score for skill transferability for 3 years of foreign experience and 1 one year Canadian work experience for two different NOC and type?
3/ For my foreign work experience, may I get full 3 years even though I have some months gap?
4/ For my credentials, may I get score for two or more credentials which are not directly linked?
5/ For my background, which EE program should I apply? Federal or Canadian Experience?

1) by all means
2) yes that’s how system assigns u points
3) yes u will get full 3 years if u have have accumulated 3 x 1560 hrs of work
4) again having a link between two educations isn’t required
5) u can get ita either as a cec or FSW applicant. People are of opinion if u enter 0 for proof of funds then u will receive ita as a cec applicant
