Hello, anyone encountered a request for I-94 Travel History?
We have already passed the exams and got a letter for our adult daughter regarding undeclared absence.
We went to International Peace Garden (situated between Manitoba & North Dakota) for 2 hours visit within park premises. We never went through US Border security and only encountered CBSA on our way out of the park.

Since we never went through US Border security, we did not think about declaring this in our application.

Has anyone requested for an I-94 and submitted just that document even though it says "No record of traveler history" or did you procure another document? How was it handled by CIC?

Every time you encounter with CBSA (meaning you’re coming back into Canada), you need to declare it as an absence from Canada even though if it could be just a few minutes. This also includes people who are flag polling. For example, they went to the border but did not get into US, but just came right back into Canada at the border.

You should explain the situation . You should request the I94 online but you won’t find anything if she did not go to the US during the eligibility period.
