I want to know on if citizenship timelines are different for different cities. Like I have applied from Victoria and I understand that there is no CIC office in Victoria then which office will review my application. Are there different queues for different cities.

How they will conduct the test. Are they going to wait for enough applicants to schedule test or oath.

Anyone from Victoria applied in last 6 months and can confirm timelines.

Hello I am from Victoria BC,I sent my citizenship application on 11th November 2016.they received on 14th November 2016,than after month I got AOR by email on December 28th 2016,than nothing happened till now still showing in process since 6th January 2017. I called them two time they said same thing both time have to wait till April or May to get test invitation because there is no regional itinerary service available till may. I am waiting for my test invitation now hope I get test invitation soon even in future if we all get theat invitation after test we have to wait again for oath ceremony because in victoria very limited services I hope we all get citizenship soon all the best for your application please keep in touch if you get any updates fro CiC I will update you if I got my test invitation thanks .

Thanks for the response. That is so slow in comparison to others on the forum where whole process is taking around 120 days on average.

I read on the forum somewhere that they offer test and oath in other cities like Vancouver (if client is willing). Not sure at what time they ask for these services.

Let us know the response you get. I can see that they have scheduled a oath ceremony on 1st July 2017 in Victoria for Canada day.

Now sure who will go for oath if they are so slow in processing. :)

I called CIC and they advised me to wait till I receive my notice of the test then request to travel to a different location if I want so bottom line I have to wait.
