Hi folks
What will happen if one of couple pass the citizenship test and the other one fail.

One of them will get citizenship and the other will have to go to an interview with a judge and convince them to let them pass.

Thank you very much for your replay. Do you mean automatically the local office send an invitation letter to take part ceremony for one of them and send an invitation to take part orally test for other one or not. On the other hand does it
Need to request to separate these files by ourselves or it doesn’t need.

You should not have to ask to separate the files. They will send whoever passed a notice to appear for oath. The other will eventually be called for an interview.
