Hello,
During my citizenship test, I didn’t have a mouse, so I used my laptop’s touchpad. While doing so, I accidentally clicked and opened a new tab beside the test screen. When I returned to the test page, a message appeared saying “Did you open another tab?” and I clicked “I am back” to continue. This happened twice in a row. I then continued the test and submitted it. After that, the message “Your test has been submitted successfully” appeared, and I saw my score 19/20.

My concern is whether this test will still count, or if I need to take it again. Also, will I receive an email in the coming days confirming that the test was officially accepted?

Unfortunately they did not accept my test. They said they will send a new test invitation but i do not know how long i would take. My process went really well and quickly but unfortunately it will be delayed because of this mistake :(
