Citizenship Test

My wife checked her online status tracker and it said she was scheduled for her citizenship test, 1 - 21 June and that she should follow the instructions in the e-mail that was sent to her. As of today, she still hasn't received an e-mail (nothing in Spam either). Has anybody else experienced this? We've filled out the webform asking for direction, but have not heard anything back yet.

That's weird. Ask her to try and take the test and see if she is able to start it. Here's the link.

I am in the same boat. I registered for the tracker and was surprised to see that my citizenship test has been scheduled between June 14 to July 5.

However, I have not received any email with information and instructions either.

Can you please let me know how you dealt with it?

I received the email with instructions three days after the tracker was updated with the test invitation.

Thanks for your reply. My tracker was updated on June 4. It has been 4 days now but haven't received any email. I still have 6 days before my test period starts. I hope that I will receive the email within this timeframe.

We sent a web form to IRCC informing them of the issue. Two to three days later, the test dates of the online tracker changed to reflect the e-mail delay and three days after that, my wife received her e-mail. It was all fixed, but it took a couple of days. Since that time, no change on other elements (i.e. language, etc). Still waiting...
