Are tests being conducted now ? I applied in July 2020, how long would I have to wait to pass the test ? One year or more than one year ?

Tests stopped in March 2020 , so theoretically the test dates are 8 months behind .Depending on your region the tests were usually about 6 months after AOR... so thats 6+8 if they started testing today .
The whole process is 8 month delayed and counting as of today.

Just to give you a baseline of what is not happening. I applied for citizenship in July 2019. Got my AOR in September 2019. Application went into Process on November 6 2019.
I do not need to take the knowledge test because of my age, BUT I do have to have an interview, then once I have that I can take the Oath of citizenship.
There are NO tests OR Interviews being done now because they are saying COVID is a health hazard for the people who give the tests and Interviews. They presently are not saying when they will return to work or when we will be able to do the tests or Interviews.

Sorry but it looks like it could be maybe NEXT year if we are lucky, if they return to a normal work schedule.
