is there any situation one can be waived of citizenship test or is it a must milestone before oath and final grand of citizenship. if after test you get RQ and withdraw is the test result useful for next time one applies so no test again or it just expires. why people are invited for test if the file is not finalized as always we hear that after test CO says your file will go to CJ for approval. so it means test is just hop midway in the process. why the file is not first finalized and then send for test and oath. can at the oath also one can receive RQ? or RQ is just before and after test.

I think the only way to have the test waived is due to age being younger than 14 or older the 64. Or that is what it is going to be with Bill c-24.

It is a must because it shows your knowledge of Canada. I have heard of people failing and then having to explain why they should get citizenship to a judge.
