1. Assuming that you mean oath rather than assermentation. Some offices have experimented with it off and on. Montreal did at one, time.

I had the test and oath on the same day in Montreal earlier this month.

In the test notification, there's an additional sheet that states if you pass the test and your application is approved, then the oath ceremony takes place 2 hours later.
