Citizenship statuses showed completed before and now it's showing in progress again

Hi everyone. Me and my wife's citizenship statuses in the trackers were updated as 'completed' on 25th November 2022 accept the citizenship ceremony showing as not started. But all on a sudden on December 13th, some of the statuses are showing back to 'in progress' and the November 25th update status was vanished in the tracker. Is there any glitch in the tracker or something else? Thank you kindly.

Hmm. I hope it's just a glitch. I opened a web form. Let's see if they reply or not.

Same here we just realized today me and my husband dec 8th completed.today back to in progress.
