Citizenship status not updating 2021

Weekly on the their majestic website to say where they are in processing applications, not your file. What was your last update? It's normal to wait 3-5 months between updatesHello, on the website it says that they would update the status weekly, but for my application, the status has not been updated for more than 3-4 months. Is this concerning? What shall I do as my next steps? Should we just wait?

We sent the application through Canada post. We got a message asking us to pick something from the Canada post centre, but we had some problems so could not pick it up. They said the package was returned and there was no information about the sender apart from it being from Mississauga! We don't know whether it was related to the citizenship application or not.
