Hi

I am approaching my 1095 days and notice from the many posts here that RQ's are more common. Can anyone tell me please where I can download a copy of an RQ so I can at least see whats involved in case I have to fill one in.

Also, I am from the UK and have travelled back & forth a lot on business & family vists for 2-3 weeks at a time so I have accumulated many entry stamps into canada in my passport.

When I leave Canada for the UK, I dont get an exit stamp so my passport only has entry stamps. The only official record of my time in the UK is what I record on the landing card upon re-entering Canada as a PR. My question is , do CIC or Canada Border Services retain or record the landing card information or have a computer record of my exit dates from Canada ? and if so is there a procedure that allows me to obtain a copy of my full travel history in and out of canada?

many thanks

You can download the RQ form from here:

CBSA will only have records of your entry dates to Canada. You might be able to get the entry dates to the UK.
