I got the citizenship certificate. After this, I need to apply for the passport. How can I apply for it? what is the process?

It looks like they require ID to be attached to the application.
PR card will be cut.
Do they expect Driver License to be sent? How will I drive then?

You send a photocopy of both sides of your driver's licence, signed and dated by your guarantor. The only original document you send in is your Citizenship certificate.
