Do we need to share both the Old(SIN used while on Work Permit) and current SIN(SIN after getting PR) number, while filling out the online citizenship application? Consider both being used to file taxes in the last few eligible years.

Old SIN data gets merged into SIN you get after PR. So specificing new one is enough.
