Citizenship oath date is missed due to email is not recieved

Hello All,

My online citizenship application was updated that June 29 is my oath date. However I did not receive any email on that. Now I am trying to reach CIC through web form as well as the email and phone.

I have received very generic email from web form and no response on the email the email sent, and phone number says customer care is busy.

What are my next course of action. Please assist

Have you tried calling IRCC early in the morning right before they open their lines? That has worked for me.

By any chance is the date June 29 2023? Or is it 2022?
