Citizenship oath ceremony cancelled 2days to the Day!

I had renewed my PR card renewed while my citizenship application was in process. Received it in 21 days while I was waiting for an oath invite.
It’s your right to renew your PR card. Tell whoever told you that you can’t have two applications running to SHUT UP!

A suggestion:
Don’t be disheartened and lose sleep. This moment will only make you stronger!

And I heard about this nonsense about having PR renewal will put citizenship app on hold ... I asked IRCC on the phone and was told it was not true

It's so scary! Am now waiting and hoping they communicate soon so I can atleast know the reason.

That's really strange.. they usually tell applicants and from what I've seen here, it is mostly due to security checks not being cleared before oath day.

Order ATIP notes for IRCC, CBSA and CSIS.

If you have security clearances then you shouldn't worry. Normally, this late stage oath cancellation happens due to security checks.
