Citizenship - Minors AOR to Citizenship

Can anyone share timeline for minors from the date of AOR received to citizenship ..

I have applied for my kids (both 3 years ) old : application sent Jan 5,2020 : AOR received : Feb 15, 2020.

I know that they don't require any English test, neither BG check.. hence asking ..

you received an AOR in a month? how awesome, I did apply on 27th Jan but havent received any.
