Citizenship Language requirment

HI ,

My wife Bachelor degree transcript are clearly specified that Medium is English , She also have Secondary school Board transcript which is also in English. and transcript are written in English , but Medium is specially not mentioned in the transcript. (CBSC Board India)

Do we need to required a letter from institute that her instruction are given in English or Secondary transcript will work ? , Kindly suggest.

Bachelor degree should work as a proof of language, if it says Medium of Instruction was English.
