Hello people

I have been a silent reader of this forum for a long time, and you guys have helped on a lot of issues. First of all, thanks for that.

Now that my application is almost ready to be sent, I have one worry which may seem quite funny to most of you..
My previously cancelled passport, which does not contain any Residency time frame seems to be lost.
As it does not contain that time scope I am not going to include the bio page of that passport in the application. (I have the scanned version).

Is there any possibilty that CO may want to see that old passport for any reason. Do I need get a police report for that

Has it happened to anybody before.. anybody that has to produce irrelevant passport regarding the residency period?

Do CIC have a legal right to deny me the citizenship on such matter?

I strongly suggest only put the passport copies for the period you were residing in Canada or became Permanent resident. Until unless asked, no need to provide it.

I had 4 passports in total and I only provide 3 which covered from the day I first came to Canada to Canada as a student.

No there is no need to include your passports prior to PR status. CO will not ask you for that passport because it's clearly stated in the application that you have to submit your passports after becoming PR.
I lost my passport which was prior to PR they never asked for it. So, don't worry and submit your application with last 4 years passports.
