Hello every body ..
I hope every one is ok .
Today was my interview in Toronto st Clair branch .
It was ok till the judge told me there is 93 days missing In my residency time :-\
I was shocked I didn't know what to answer .
I have 340 days I traveld outside Canada I covered them all and waited another 60 days to make sure no missing days but the bad luck was after me :-\
The judge was very nice
Interview was smooth answered t
All questions fast we laughed so many times ;D
He told me that he goons right his assessment about my case and s no it to the crown and they goons deside .
I can fight the result ..
And if every thing was ok , immigration gonna send me a letter with the place and the time for the ceremony or I receive a letter from the judge with the bad news :-\
Please any one can give an idea about what he think what's gonna happen , I'm not gonna sleep tonight .. Very nervous
Thanks alone

St Clair branch, lol.
What you were laughing about?
Did you submit the residency calculator; if so how comes you got days missing.
Did you have interview with a CIC officer or hearing with a Citizenship Judge?

Most likely application will be denied.

Not sleeping tonight will not alter the decision on your case. So take it easy, be relaxed and wait for their call.
I wish you a good and happy outcome but recent reports on short of residency cases are not very encouraging.

It is apparent that you made some gross error or negligence while making residency calculations, otherwise 153 days (said 60 days buffer + 93 days off added by CIC) variation is too much to call an oversight. Few days off is normal and been reported here many times. I guess you submitted the paper residency calculator, not the online version and got stumbled by the sliding window effect.

When did you apply? Are you been RQ'd?

In the mean time find out the residency calculator and check where you missed days.

Anyway relax man, this is not the end of the world and no one is going to take your PR status away from you.

Hi every one
What I meant is the total missing days is three months
Cause I have one travel look like they didn't counted when I did the citizenship application
( calculation )
And I have arround 60 days extra residency
So if we do a simple math it's gonna be only thirty days only ..
I waited 8 years to this day and it was like this #_#
Thank you guys very much

Did you have the citizenship test same time? Oral one?
Not sure how simple is your math, but now you talking about 8yrs waiting, 340 days travel, 60 days buffer and still getting short of ninety something days. Hmmm

I fails In the first written test and pass the second one ..
No oral test
He told that my English is good
The only problem is the 93 missing days
And if we minus the 60 ( extra ) from the 93 it's gonna b only thirty days
.. Now
Any idea's ^_^

You are missing 93 missing days DESPITE this "60 day buffer", which means that you are missing 153 days. I suggest you post a detailed account of your residency.

We would be able to help you better if you will give more details .... can you please provide all the dates e.g. date you arrived in canada ? date you became PR ? Date you applied for citizenship ? and also how many days you were not physically present in canada in the past 4 years (count backwards 4 years from the date you signed your application).
