for question 10a - do I need to enter vacation days. I visited my sister (USA) couple of times for 2-3 days (its confusing as in the form its mentioned that you don't need to include addresses of family, hotel where you stayed while on vacation)

It needs to be on your physical presence calculator. You don't have to list vacation addresses on your application form.

Like I said above, the dates need to be on your physical presence calculator. You don't have to list them on your application form. we are Indians staying in Canada for the last 5 years, minor citizenship form should be cit0003E right? if so why they asking for
Canadian birth certificate registration number OR Canadian citizenship certificate
number of parents ? what should I write in the colum when we are all born outside Canada? thanks
