I have downloaded citizenship form but it doesn't work well, whenever I save there is one line in question 12 duplicates, any one have an idea how can I get the proper form cit00E2 for adult over 18 thanks

That’s the correct form, it’s known to have glitches. Just make sure when you print it, you have answered every question and checked every necessary box.

It does the same thing in my form as well. I agree with sydcarton, it's a good idea that after you print it you make sure you have checked each question and that nothing looks weirdly aligned.
