I am 58 years old, living in Canada for 20 years, I sent the application for a citizenship. Details of my application status shows, the " Background verification " COMPLETED, "Prohibitions" COMPLETED, "Physical presence" COMPLETED. Do I need a Language skills test also? I know , that I don't need a "Citizenship test"
But I don't have any idea, how long will take it before the Oath. Any advice? Thanks Rockodlak

You don't need to submit language proof nor do you have to take the citizenship test. Those statuses might stay "In Progress" until you take your oath so don't worry about those statuses.

Check ECAS , you might see "Decision Made". You should be good.

"How long" for oath depends on a lot of factors. There isn't a standard timeline. Hopefully, you'll get an oath date soon.

All the best!
