I was dismissed from one company with a reason. The ROE (record of employment) has code as M. Will this cause any issues with me getting a citizenship? Do they look into it in detail?

I dont think there would be any issues with it. Even on Citizenship application form, I dont see a section where you need to specify a reason as why you left the job.

I hope you are going to declare that you worked for that employer on Question 11 if you dont specify then that will be a problem for sure.

Yes i am going to be honest with everything and mention all my employment and unemployment dates correctly.
I was just wondering if its by cause do they look deep into it and can it cause issues to obtain my citizenship or something. After that i have worked for two other companies with no issues

You dont even necessarily have to work, you could have sat at home for 3 years and filed 0 taxes. As long as you say what you did in those three years is what they are looking for.
