Hello. In the application they ask us to fill the eligibility period. Does the end date of this period have to be the same date we submit the application, or it could be an earlier date? Thanks in advance

Your eligibility period will be indicated in your residency calculator. Do your residency calculator and note the eligibility period. The end date will presumably be the date you signed your application.
