Citizenship Certificate!! New canadians -Calgary applicants- anybody

Hi guys,

I took my oath on June17th, 2021 and submitted affirmation of oath via Email(I had option to either send it paper or email). My application status says "Complete", since thn I don't know if thy have recieved my signed oath document and if it's being processed or not.

Any Cslgary applicant who took oath and waiting for their Citizenship certificate to arrive?

Hello

I took my oath on June 16 from Edmonton. I also sent the signed from on the same day just after the ceremony. But as of today, my oath status is complete, but overall status in the new tracker is still in progress. The old tracker status is still "decision made". I am yet to receive my certificate.

Thanks for your reply...my application status shows "complete" n closed on June 21st. I am so surprised for one reason...I live in downtown Calgary n IRCC office is just located 800m from my house. I dont understand y it is taking so long for me to get my certificate. I have an emergency backhome n I need to travel..just worried. It's been 8 days so far.

Did you receive it? I assume the date when the application status changes to "Complete " is the date of issue of the certificate. Did you contact the Calgary office?

Canada post just left notice in my mail box for pickup. I have to get it tomorrow. The mail took exactly 7 working days to reach me.
