citizenship certificate for minor

Hi,
We applied for my husband's sponsorship and my son's citizenship certificate in July 2020. I haven't heard anything about the certificate, I've sent a webform every couple months and just get a generic reply saying it's not in the system. I know it was delivered on July 22.
Has anyone else applied for a minors certificate recently that hasn't heard anything?

Yup. We applied for our daughter's citizenship certificate in July 2020 as well and nothing. My PR was submitted in January and we've started getting stuff for that. My husband tried calling and the number doesn't work from outside Canada. My MIL tried calling for us since she is in Canada and after an hour on hold she was cut off with a message saying they were opening files received in April - that was in November or December.

oh good, well not good but I'm glad I'm not the only one and it hasn't been lost or anything like that I just hope it comes before we're ready to move

Yep, it is frustrating! We are probably going to have to move with my daughter and I entering with dual intent on tourist visas in a few weeks. Hope your kiddo gets his citizenship soon!
