Citizenship certificate did not come for all family members

Hi..did anyone else experience that citizenship certificate for all family members did not arrive together. If that was the case, what steps did u take? Please advice as we are a family of four. 3 of us got our certificate together and one did not come

It's the post thing i would wait couple of days if not you can email where you sent the oath form asking about it.
