Yes, 18th sep. No seperate instructions, portal was working for me on my laptop. It was down on phone.

I havent been able to enter my application number there, it says it should be 7 characters long but mine is 10 characters

Same here. I didn't include the C0 just to be able to submit.I hope it works

Oath was on Oct 5 and e-cert was able to download yesterday, Oct 12. Montreal office

My citizenship application status update today… everything is showing complete now except citizenship ceremony showing as not started… i also got an email about downloading e-certificate online. What’s the next process? When do you guys think I should expect the email for ceremony invite? Thanks

I had my virtual Oath with the Montreal Office on the 23rd of October too! We must have been together. I haven't been able to download my certificate yet though! Do you get an email that tells you that your e-cert is ready? Or do you just keep checking?

Hi All! When i applied for citizenship i requested e certificate and this was confirmed the day of my oath ceremony.

I did my pnline oath ceremony on August 4th with Mississauga office. Minutes after I finished the oath I sent my oath form to the same email that sent me the invite and added the clerk who checked me in initials (MC) on the subject.

Today - 10 days later - I am still not able to download the certificate. I called and they told me that the form hasn't been uploaded to my profile, so there will be no certificate issued until then... I have sent the oath form several times again and today sent it via webform also (but didn't get an automated message that the webform was sent succesfully which I find strange..?).

Wondering if anybody was in a similar situation?

There is no email or notification. I was checking throughout the day.

My Ceremony was Oct 13, and I submitted the signed form after the ceremony, No e-certificate yet, I submitted the signed form again and with another email and web form. Nothing yet, is there anybody in the same boat? do you have any suggestions?
