Citizenship Certificate After Oath

Quick question: the IRCC said my certificate of citizenship was shipped on Monday express by Canada post today is Wednesday and so far nothing
when it is shipped by Canada post any idea if they leave it in our post box or do they actually ring doorbell and deliver it in person ?

Hi, how and when should we request the urgent citizenship certificate? I have an Oath ceremony scheduled for Nov end, I have some urgent travel plans to cross the borders, any suggestions to expedite the Oath process and the certificate is much appreciated. Thanks!

just tell the Clerk at the ceremony your plans and that you need urgently and provide any proof: work letter, plane ticket etc.. there is no guarantee that it will be accepted but no harm in requesting it. I also sent a webform with the same info and kept on following up every 2 days from the day I took my oath and now they say it is shipped but I did not get it yet

I had my oath on 17th Oct and in old tracker status changed to complete and I see you became a citizen on 17th. But in new tracker ceremony is still in progress. My virtual oath was in Mississauga office, the city where I live. I know it says 2-4 weeks for certificate. any thoughts on how I can expedite certificate if I dnt get it in next day or two.

Wow, looks like they really ignored my file.
Same 17th october oath with Winnipeg office, asked for urgent dispatch due to family urgency.

Forget urgent dispatch, they did not even change the online status (Still says ceremony in progress and open) and no sign of certificate either.

My wife did not, she said she has no immediate travel needs, though for passport we will request it.
I should add we are from Winnipeg so not sure if it was just faster as it was being shipped locally?

Hi everyone, I have my oath ceremony on 31st Oct. I live in GTA and assigned Mississauga office. We are planning to travel on Dec 2nd and wanted to understand we are cutting it too close. Can someone share citizenship certificate timelines for Mississauga office? any recent experience with the passport office?

Is this in person or online? If in person, you get your certificate same day and this should not be a challenge.
