Does the Vancouver office send certificates promptly? So far, I see in this thread that the Scarborough office seems particularly efficient in sending out certificates after the ceremony. What about the Vancouver office? My file was marked closed Sept 19, 2022.
I took oath on the same day with Winnipeg office. Have you received your certificate?
Yes I sent it 5 minutes after the ceremony. Not sure why they just now got it.
Please i don't understand what you mean when you say they just got your oath form. Are you saying you just got a confirmation auto reply email saying they have received it after weeks of sending it?
I never got a confirmation when I sent the form right after the ceremony. Since I had requested urgent processing I called after 2 weeks and the IRCC agent at the call center said they never received my oath form and to send the email again to the email on the invitation, which I did. Then after a week of waiting to get confirmation they got the form I called again, which yesterday afternoon, and that is when they told me the form was received that morning at 10:21a and that I should hear about my urgent processing request by Friday, Sept 24 at the latest and if not to call back. So, I don't know which one they actually got since the agent wasn't able to tell me that. Either Montreal office is really behind on inputting oath form information or mine just got lost in the shuffle since there are a lot of people they said taking oaths now. Not sure what I believe. I also asked about the closed the status since that was changed 2 days after my oath they said that doesn't mean that the certificate was printed or shipped just means that there was no more work to be done as far as checks go (ie background, language, etc.) I hope this clarifies it for you.
Hi Everyone! I’m an August 2021 applicant. I took the Oath of Citizenship on August 18th 2022 and I’m still waiting for my Citizenship Certificate. I’ve called IRCC call center multiple times and I get the same answer every time…to call back after September 29th 2022 if I still haven’t received it.
Thanks for letting me know, mine is too. I also was able to get in touch with IRCC today about changing the shipping address of my certificate, seems I got that sorted out just in time! Now I just have to figure out how to get it to myself since it's getting shipped to a friends address in Canada and I'm back in the US...

Just received my certificate in the mail today! Niagara Falls office, oath taken September 14, so 8 days. Full timeline in my signature.
Received my certificate today from Mississauga office exactly 12 days after oath.
Same situation here. Oath on Sept 6 with Winnipeg office. Citizenship certificate printed and sent by Vancouver office on Sept 15 (according to IRCC call center agent). No trace of my citizenship certificate in my Montreal mailbox...

I just received my citizenship certificate on Sep 23rd. My timeline is in my signature. A piece of advise, you can indeed book an appointment for the passports before receiving the certificates (you don't need the certificates to do the booking). If you chose the option that you don't have a date to travel, the system will give you an available day just after 45 business days. Its not a matter of how busy they are, they send everybody to wait 45 business days (9 weeks). I was waiting for the certificates to do the booking, and now my appointment is at end of November.
Anyways, my trip with IRCC is done.
