Citizenship Certificate After Oath

May 6th Oath from Montreal, I haven’t received the certificate yet. Called the call centre they said there is no note on my file that the certificate has been mailed out. My application closed on May 18th

any update? I had my Oath on the same day May 6th / same office : Montreal.

Same here did my oath May 13th until now no certificate yet! I know people who did the oath May 31st and received it last week! Crazy how they handle this piece of shit.

called them 3x, emailed 5x, webform once. Still no sign of certificate! My 8th week next week. I have a suspicion that it depends on the clerk that handled our oath form/printed the certificate. Maybe we have the same. Lol. Was her name Adriana? (Montreal office). Maybe she’s gone for holiday and forgot to mail the certs!

YES! Adriana is my agent, seems like me, you and pink1012 in the same boat here, we had the oath on the same session May 6th with Adriana, lol
but if she's gone vacation, does not make sense that noone else doing her job, and how long is the vacation, max is two weeks/year I assume, I already hit the 8 week mark. Montreal office suck (I will keep repeating this so everyone knows when they search, lol, so they improve their service )

Me too --Oath on MAY 12 Montreal--till now file not close on the trucker --i call IRCC call center 4 times-- they sent 2 request to-- Montreal office but no reply also no update of the file -- as i see it not only me --

Yes, I did like two weeks ago, they said the certificate has not been printed/mailed yet, and they will notify them that my cert is over 6 weeks, nothing happened since.

Hi-- May i ask when your file closed on Status ??

mine closed on May 20th.When I called the ircc hotline “closed” means printed!!! But not necesarilly shipped!!
