I agree. I will let you know the outcome of the steps taken. I will probably let it sit until Monday/Tuesday before contacting them again. Talking about "working in mysterious ways", IRCC fits that title perfectly.

Your enquiry has been successfully submitted. We will get back to you with answers to your questions as soon as possible.
If your application is within normal processing times you will not receive a reply"
So since it's not been 6 weeks, I am wondering if they will even reply or come up with a resolution.

I got the same response you have when I raised the webform.
From speaking to the agent (also depends on the agent and your rapport with them) you can kind of feel from their tone that they also wonder why somethings are the way it is with the system. The agent made it sound like it should have been sent and update should have been on the tracker.
I personally will not wait for 6wks, it says 2 to 4wks, if I don't get it by June 30th, I will spend that buffer time making sure I get answers to why I do not have it yet and when do I get it. Whatever means possible. For now I will wait and see.
exactly, the agent was like "that's very unusual, its not been sent by now" like they are sitting in one corner of the country taking calls while our respective oath offices are located somewhere else, all they can do is send an online message...just like how we are sending online webforms, they don't hv much info it seems. Problem is no matter how many webforms we submit, they don't bother answering, only time we are able to speak or interact with someone are agents on the helpline, after almost 45 minutes of wait. I just hope our great agent MB sends it out next week coz this week is almost gone!
Honestly, it feels like they send batches on certain days of the week, I suspect that since another applicant here did the oath after me in like a week time and received it by mail the same day. Mine was not printed only after I sent the webform attaching oath forms. I hope you get it soon, also sometimes the agents don’t see the correct shipping details. Like for me, they said there is note on your file that it will be mailed on the 15th June, but when I received the envelope it was stamped on the 14th of June.
No reply to the webform, but the file was closed the same day. I was able to see all this few days after.
I just got off the call with an agent and was informed that a note just got added to my file today. The Certificate will be mailed on Monday and was provided with a tracking number.
From how he sounded, I think there was a delay truly and something went wrong. We will never know.
I did make mention that I am not alone with this kind of problem with the same agent, date, time and location. Applicants who are not sure if they will receive their certificate in the 4wks stipulation as their is no indication.
I asked if he could look into it and send a note as it seems to be efficient. He acknowledged it and hopefully he does.
I will update as soon as I receive it.

that's good, for me, I sent webform on Wednesday but no change or update on tracker so far, still shows in progress.
That's great! Hope you receive your certificate next week. I called them today but there was nothing on my file. They said since we have already added a note on ur case we are not able to add any further notes on it. He said to wait for few days and call again if I don't get it :-(
Thanks for putting in a word about our plight with that agent. Do you see any change or update on your tracker yet?

No changes on the tracker as of yet, I am guessing maybe it will show up tomorrow or when and if they actually mail it in Monday. He said there was a note on my file on their end though saying June 26th.
I would say check in with them again Tuesday or Wednesday if you don't see any update in your tracker on Monday/Tuesday

I told my wife during cermony that " I doubt this agent MB will handle things properly". By my management experienced I judged this.

A call made on given number and she said wait 6 weeks.
I said for what?
Certificated already printed before cermony ( that's I assume though because they handover certificated at the time of in-person cermony).
She said,send signed form again and I again said,why ? I have an anowledgement of receipt and I am not responsible if somebody cannot download attachments from the email.
Anyway,I submitted webform with attachments just to be safe.1 week more passed, still shown as inprogess.
I will see next week.
