I messaged them and they stated that my certificate is still being processed and not mailed out yet even though it shows closed on the tracker.

By email to email address that we sent oath form too. I thought process should be complete once it’s closed in the tracker

Oh then I think my certificate too be still in process.

My tracker just closed. Everything completed including oath. Tracker updated today and the history shows that the application was closed on May 30th.
I need to apply for a passport ASAP as I have a travel planned. Does this mean they have mailed my certificate?

I called IRCC yesterday and I was told that our certificate was mailed out yesterday, May 29th. Tracker is still in progress though.

Received my certificate on May 31st. Tracker closed on the same day.
