Citizenship ceremony in designated by default local office

Folks, a quick question for you all - if you have been originally assigned to St. Clair office would they give you a citizenship ceremony, let's say, in Scarborough, if St. Clair office doesn't have many citizenship ceremonies this month scheduled...? Thanks for all your replies in advance.

I am also in the same predicament had my interview last week Jan 12 ,2015 in Kelowna and asked this question at the time, since Kelowna doesn't have any oath ceremonies posted for the next 2 months . He thought it best to just stay the course since I was so close and would probably get in for March if not april at the latest. No dates posted for March ceremonies so not sure why he would say this.
