Hi Everyone,
I was planning to apply citizenship with fewer than 1095 days (physical presence). However since I have read the entire negative comments about this situation, I have a doubt to apply now.
I am giving detail information about my situation, if you take time and read it, I will be really appreciate it. Please tell me what you would like to do, if you were me.
First Entry to Canada, November 6, 2006 ( As a student )
Permanent residency date 7 December 2009
Missing Days 107.5 as of December 21, 2011 ( 39 Days before I became PR. Rest of 88 After I became PR)
My absences are mostly related with my business trip. My company sent me abroad.
I will accumulate 1,095 days of physical presence on July 10,2012
I live in Toronto
Questions
1- A person who applies with fewer than 1095 days (physical presence) will receive RQ for sure? Or the officer will decide who gets RQ who not?
2- Since some of people who apply with greater than 1095 days (physical presence) have a chance to receive RQ. Do you think it’s an advantage to apply now for me?
My Plan,
I am thinking to make an application as soon as possible. In July, Based on my application stage, either I will withdraw my initial application and make a new one. Or I will be continue you with my initial application. Do you this this is a good idea
Thank you for your time
