Kids are not allowed in the test/interview room. You should however, take all their original supporting documents along with yours and your spouse's. Quoting the test invitation:

guys just to let you know my oath ceremony comes earlier then expected.
my test was on 26th june-2018
DM on 27-june-2018
and today (04-july-2018) I received email to attend oath ceremony on 1-AUG-2018

- All of the original documents that you submitted with your citizenship application – Immigration Record of Landing (IMM1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292 or IMM5688)

I came as a student and all I have landing paper. I don't know the document number of landing paper.
my question is, I need to take only the landing paper with me. right ?

The Confirmation of Permanent Residence is the landing document you probably have. Bring that one. The IMM1000 no longer exists (and was replaced by the COPR years ago).
Also, you won't even need the COPR, they'll just check your ID and take your PR Card.
