No written letter and you don't want one. Only it shows on e-cas.
It someone ever receives a written letter then it is a Rejection.

Received the golden email for the date of our scheduling of our oath ceremony today. No Ecas update yet. Please update the spreadsheet (line 313). Oath date is 22 May 2018 in Hamilton. Requested documentation to be presented: The Notice for the oath, 2x pieces of personnel identification (one with a signature and photograph on it), All of the original documentation submitted with the application, IMM1000 Immigration Record of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292 or IMM5688), Permanent Resident Card , all passports and travel documents (current or expired), optional a holy book of your choice. The end of our journey is close. Good luck for everybody that is still waiting.
Test is being held in Victoria, BC. CPC is in Vancouver I believe. That's where we had to send fingerprinting results.
Is anybody still waiting for test invite ..... my application is still in IP since 7th December.......No test invite yet.... makes me worried.....
