Hello Tonimir,

I see you have a column called Processing Office. I am asking this super dumb question, Does CIC decide on the office based on address provided on the application or is it a random procedure, if so how does one even know where it was sent by CIC for the processing stage.

I am not an expert, but I know that the Sydney Office sends the applications according to the home location of the applicant.
Think of it, the closest CIC office to your home address. I believe you will be able to see this information in the Online ecase information.

It happened also in the past, that due to high volume of applications in one office location, some applications to be diverted to another CIC office.

Until an AOR and update in the ecase portal, nobody can tell you how the Sydney Office will handle the application.

Spreadsheet updated.

I modified the questions in the first post to include if your application type is Single or a Family. (By default, I am setting it to Single)

The idea to track if there is a difference in the processing time between single applications and those ones with more than one application in the package. Hence: Family of # members in one package.
