I contacted the MP and he will fax an inquiry letter with all my information. Hopefully, to get good news soon.
Th only thing I really want to know is: where are my applications if they are returned or why I do not AOR if they are accepted? And why they updated my address if it is the correct one since I got my PR?

Any update of AOR from your end? I am in the same boat as you all.

No AOR yet for me like I said earlier my boyfriend and were delivered as the same time signed by Mike, but his appliaction is already in process and I dont even have AOR ... Not sure what to think about this anymore ....

I guess I don't think it should be all that difficult for someone to prove their presence requirement, either. If you've been here for years as a PR in preparation for attaining your citizenship, it shouldn't be difficult to provide the documentation.

Yes, I meant the list of documents. and Yes it differs from applicant to applicant. Some documents requested for most people are same like CIT0205, Passports copies all page (except blank one), Entry/Exit Records issued by other countries, Provincial/Territorial Personal Health Claims Summary, Rental or lease agreements,etc but other documents can be different.

So I spoke with CIC again.. they said to wait another 4-6 weeks and call them with proof of signed delivery then they can inquire about what happened with the application on our behalf.
Also she said if the application is returned there are no notes anywhere that show that on their side ....

Something I did for my application.

I send CSE 2 weeks ago saying I want to know the status of my app blah blah blah, also I attached delivery notice along with CSE. Later after almost a week, I got AOR(Last week), and 3 days after that I got a reply from CSE. Don't know if it was coincidence or not.

Try raising CSE and see if that helps. Don't send back to back application. Just send one CSE.
