Well guys... october is gone!!!
Now a new month starts, november applicants are gonna flood IRCC, and we go to the waiting game, for AOR, IP, Test and finally oaths....
We have been seen some people moving faster than others regarding AOR, but if everything continues as it was before, we should seen good advance by march/april next year, probably some or most of us have Citizenship by then!

Where is the 'November flood'? most people who were delayed by C-24 already submitted in October, except for those who have to wait for police certificate, which won't magically just appear after 1 month

Not necessarilly, some people still have to wait couple months or even more to apply under the new rule, lol.
So a lot of people are gonna be able to apply on november as well, same thing as what happened in October

Well if they have to wait a couple more months, then those are not the people who got delayed by C24, they are just normal flow and won't have the volume of October - otherwise they would have been eligible right away
